Automation, apps and websites for small businesses.
Through ATechStudio I build automation and mobile apps for small businesses: the admin that eats an evening every week, the spreadsheet everyone depends on, the bookings or events process that only works because one person remembers it.
Workflow automation
n8n workflows that connect the tools you already use, such as email, Google Sheets and Calendar, forms and social media, so routine work runs by itself.
- Events, listings and social posts kept in step from one sheet
- Form handling, inbox triage, mail merges and reports
- Every outcome logged, with an alert when something fails

Ask about automationMobile app development
Installable web apps that work on any phone, and native Android apps, built around the data you already keep.
- Customer-facing listings, diaries and bookings
- Staff and host portals, with approvals from a phone notification
- Hosted for you, with updates as the business changes

Ask about an appWebsites and small-business systems
Websites with working contact and service-request backends, and the small systems behind them.
- Contact and request forms that land somewhere useful
- Site updates you can make yourself by email, with an audit trail
- Hosting, monitoring and a live status page

Ask about a websiteRoll The Dice Café
A board-game café whose events, posters, captions and social posting have run on my automation since August 2026. Its companion app, with a diary, booking and host approvals, is now in development.
I start with how the work really happens, not how it's meant to, and build the smallest thing that removes the manual step. Everything I hand over logs what it did and tells you when something fails.
How an enquiry works
From a message to something that runs.
- 01
You describe the job
Use the form or email. Tell me what happens now and what you'd like to stop doing.
- 02
We talk it through
I reply by email with questions, and an honest view on whether automation, an app or a website is the right fix.
- 03
Smallest useful version first
I build the piece that removes the manual step, then extend it once it's proven in your real week.
Enquiries
Tell me what you need.
Describe the job as it happens today: who does it, how often, and what tools are involved. Rough is fine. If you're not sure what kind of fix you need, that's a good place to start.
